The library is on the first floor of Palazzo dei Panni , 9 Segantini Street. The palace is easily recognizable for the impressive ample front and main door with the crest of Counts of Arco. It is situated on the northern side of the historic center (beginning of Segantini Street, pedestrian precinct) after crossing the bridge over the river Sarca. Nonetheless the library is also easily approachable by car thanks to the large Prabi parking, which is on the right, past the bridge. By public transport the closest stops are after the bridge in Santoni Street and in Roverto Street, a short five minute walk.
